Healthy Lifestyle

         I guess the modern people, especially young people must be the same line with my station? Lets go Makmak. Now young people are used to stay up late, less than two or three in the morning do not go to bed, I was one of them. I remember one time I wanted to go to bed early, before 12 am to go to bed (, but really can not sleep, in bed to turn a few hours before falling asleep. After going to university, it seems to go to a do not sleep in the training ground, and even dare to go to work without sleep, or all night burning drama, or overnight discussion and then go to McDonald's.  These life have been in the past, do not have to train, and may have been practiced into the gods, but said the habit of staying up late did not leave me.

        We should have a healthy lifestyle. To live a healthy lifestyle, consistently choose healthy foods, fit more exercise and physical activity into your daily routine, and practice good hygiene. We also need to avoid unhealthy habits, like fad dieting and neglecting sleep. Studies have shown that those who sleep less tend to weigh more. Adults should aim for between 7-9 hours of sleep per night.
